Tinder Box offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you do not feel what you ordered met your expectations, you may return it in original condition within 21 days of purchase for a full credit or refund.
To make a return please call 800-916-5656 or 800-786-1593 Monday thru Friday from 10am to 5pm CST or e-mail us for a Return Authorization Number within 10 days of receipt of your order. When returning merchandise, please repack the item carefully and return it INSURED within the prescribed time above. We will pay for return shipping if your package was damaged or it was our error when it reached you.
NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
